2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation by bl999. All bonuses and winnings obtained from multiple accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. bl999 will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

• Never share your password with any third party.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

bl999 strictly prohibits all services for anyone under the age of 21. Only those aged 21 or above may register and play on our platform.

bl999 reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any stage of registration. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in account suspension or closure and delays in withdrawals.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bl999 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 across all methods.

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Deposit confirmation is usually instant or within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bl999 offers newly registered users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, excluding the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• If a bonus offer is not used within the specified time after being received, it will expire.
• bl999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If abuse of bonus benefits is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback and VIP benefit terms are governed by separate policies.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Integrity

All games and betting services on bl999 operate under a fair play policy. All games available on the platform are powered by third-party provider software and ensure impartial random outcomes (RNG).

6.2 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical issue causes an error in bet processing, bl999 will investigate and make a decision.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, it is your responsibility to understand the odds and markets on offer. bl999 has no influence over determining results; outcomes depend entirely on the announcements of the organising body.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities on the bl999 platform are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering with incorrect or false identity information.
• Using strategic or fraudulent means to obtain bonus benefits.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software or systems.
• Using another user's account or funds.
• Manipulating games or becoming involved in match fixing in betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using automated software (bots) to manage bets or games.
• Harassing or behaving harmfully toward other users.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 bl999's Rights

bl999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Non-cooperation with the identity verification process.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of funds from illegal sources being deposited into the account.
• Evidence of managing multiple accounts.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing the account, you must withdraw any balance if all bonus conditions have been met.

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of bl999's rules, no bonus funds will be returned. However, any legitimate original deposited funds (if applicable) will be considered after the investigation is complete.
